SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are mailed First Class through USPS and it takes about 3-5 business days after shipped to arrive. If you need your package sent Priority or Express through USPS, feel free to contact the owner prior to placing your order and the necessary adjustments will be made. Contact information can be located at the bottom of this page.
Orders will not ship until your payment has processed - this may affect your shipment time. 
Every order comes with tracking and you can locate this in your order confirmation.
*Please Note* Once your order has been marked shipped it is no longer in our control. At this point if something happens to your order, (i.e. lost in mail) you will need to contact your local USPS to file a claim.

RETURN POLICY

We do not accept returns or exchanges. We understand things might not always work or fit as desired. Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT only if we are notified and item(s) are sent back within 14 business days of receiving your order. After this timeframe, your item(s) will no longer be eligible for a store credit. 
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Please include your packing slip in your return. It contains your order number and additional information needed to process your store credit. Once your item(s) have been received, please allow 5 to 7 business days for processing. You will receive an email with your store credit. Items MUST be in perfect condition to be accepted for store credit. 
Items purchased during a sale are final sale and therefore ineligible for store credit.
In the case of an item breaking/damaged during shipment, please email rbtnecklaces@gmail.com an image and description of the item and we will be more than happy to fix it or send you a replacement if materials are in stock.

Venmo, cash and Apple Pay are accepted for local pickup ONLY.

time which may affect how fast you receive your order. 

 

LOCAL PICKUP

If you are local to Carrollton, Georgia ONLY you receive FREE SHIPPING. Simply choose the "free shipping" option at check out and your order will be ready for pick up within 2 to 3 business days. Please contact us for the location if you have not received an order confirmation with the pickup address in an email within the 2-3 day time frame.
